Cup 'O Cranes

This could easily be filed under origami, but I did take a number of pictures to get the one I liked the most.

So, the other day I went paper shopping for pretty paper to do chine colle with for my printmaking class. The only paper I liked and that was suitable came in a pad of 180 12inX12in sheets. Needless to say, WAY TOO MUCH...

Thus I started in on origami again. Without spending all of my time on it, and doing more than just cranes, this is still 2 days worth of cranes....at least 65 in total. The smallest has a wing span of 1/2 inch.

Anyways...I need to get on loading real art in here, huh?

(And that is a Butterbeer mug, in case you were wondering...)
